Terms & Conditions — 786bed Bangladesh Platform Rules

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account opened by a User on the 786bed platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sports market, casino game, crash game, or any other product offered by 786bed.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Platform" means the 786bed website accessible at 786bed.pro, including all games, sportsbook markets, live casino tables, and associated services.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful or where access to the Platform is blocked by applicable law.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a User using their own money, excluding Bonus Funds.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use the 786bed platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Misrepresentation of age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.2 Registration

2.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform. This includes creating accounts in the names of third parties.

2.4 Prohibited Users

The following persons may not register or use the 786bed platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. 786bed aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. In practice, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. 786bed reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification.

4.4 Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the 786bed platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not supported. You must deposit and withdraw in BDT only.

4.5 Fraud and Chargebacks

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit made to 786bed constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 786bed reserves the right to suspend your Account, withhold your balance pending investigation, and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal channels. Evidence of fraudulent payment activity will be reported to the relevant financial institutions and authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

786bed periodically offers bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds promotions, and other incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to individual bonus terms that specify the wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal amount applicable to each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

786bed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or exploiting pricing errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including cricket betting markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other tournaments, are subject to 786bed's published sportsbook rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where the 786bed cash-out feature is available and activated prior to the market settling.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

• Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any Account balance to another person.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 786bed platform — including the brand name 786bed, all logos, graphics, page layouts, game interfaces supplied by 786bed, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 786bed or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without express written permission from 786bed.

10. Limitation of Liability

786bed provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786bed excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 786bed does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

786bed's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the User's Account balance at the time the relevant claim arises. 786bed shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Governing Law and Disputes
